Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically: monthly plans every month, 12-month and Founding plans every year. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing hello@joinfieldreport.com. Canceling stops future renewals, and you’ll still receive every issue you’ve already paid for.

Founding Subscriber pricing
Founding Subscribers keep their $120 yearly price for as long as their subscription stays active. If a Founding subscription is canceled or lapses, the founding price can’t be restored.

Refunds
If you change your mind, email us within 14 days of your order and before your first issue ships for a full refund. Issues that have already shipped can’t be refunded.

Shipping
Issues ship by USPS mail within the United States, usually within a week of each new issue’s release. Single copies ship within 5 business days of your order.

Lost or damaged issues
If your copy arrives damaged or never arrives, email us and we’ll send a replacement.

Privacy
We collect only what we need to send you Field Report: your name, email, and mailing address. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number. We use your information to fulfill orders and, if you’ve signed up, to send occasional updates. We never sell or share your information. To update or delete your information, email hello@joinfieldreport.com.
